All payments for custom garments/artwork and made to order collection pieces are up front and non-refundable.
We only offer specially designed pieces by Sophia. We do NOT accept any requests to replicate garments or any creative works under any circumstance.
SLS specializes in evening wear, sports wear and resort wear. As of now, other custom requests will not be accepted.

READY TO WEAR COLLECTION PIECES:

Collection pieces are refundable within 14 days of your purchase. They must be unworn and undamaged with tags still attached / in their original packaging if applicable. Any other condition is unacceptable and will not be eligible for a return.
Any bodysuits, underwear, or swimwear are automatically exempt from returns.
